Our purses our going like hot cakes at the Winter Fantasy this weekend! We are very excited :)

Okay...we are loving it in Laguna Beach at the Sawdust Festival-Winter Fantasy! The artists are all so great and friendly. It has been a beautiful weekend to be outside near the ocean selling our purses. We are doing well at selling our purses and are excited to see people be surprised and voice their comments about how we pay attention to detail. They love the lining, pockets and closures. We have had a lot of positive comments and are looking forward to two more weekends to meet people who love art!

Sawdust Festival-Winter Fantasy

We are getting ready for our Sawdust Festival debut! We painted today and got our booth ready. We are in booth 226 beginning November 20th and every weekend until Dec. 12th! We hope to see you there. Stop by and say hello :)

New Design!

We were inspired by the large purses with the large flowers and strips of faux leather on those huge purses people are buying, so we have made "Red Waves" . We hope you like it!

We made it!

We are going to be exhibiting and selling our purses at the Sawdust Festival Winter Fantasy in November and December! We are going to be in booth #226. We hope to see you there!

Meeting with the Board of Directors!

On Tuesday, Shelly and I drove to Laguna Beach to show our purses to the Board of Directors at the Sawdust Festival. We are hoping to exhibit our purses at the Sawdust Festival Winter Fantasy Show in November and December. The Board of Directors really liked our purses, the attention to detail and our creativity. We are waiting to hear if they have a booth open since the summer artists have first choice. Wish us luck and we will let you know as soon as we hear the good news!

We now have a website!

We are so excited to show you our first Artisan Fair in Oceanside last weekend! We had a lot of great comments from people regarding our quality and attention to detail with the lining inside and pockets. We think we will need to do some educating about the durability and strength of our felted purses..we are learning!

New Design!

After teaching myself to crochet, I wanted to add some crocheted flowers to the felted purse. It was fun learning something new! Felting is extremely durable, strong, does not fray and is naturally water repellent.

Here is one of the first things we knitted and felted. We love it, and now we are off to knit more. This purse reminds us of the Heart Healthy red dress that the American Heart Association uses..what do you think?
